Our Statement of Faith
At Kinsman Church Bangalore, we are grounded in the eternal truths of Scripture, centered on the person of Jesus Christ, and committed to living out the Gospel in community.
We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is our supreme and final authority in all matters of faith, doctrine, and conduct. We believe that God has spoken through the scriptures to reveal Himself and His plan of redemption to humanity.
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three distinct persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. They are co-equal in power, glory, and essence, working in perfect unity to create, sustain, and redeem the world.
We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death on the cross, His bodily resurrection, and His ascension to the right hand of the Father. He is fully God and fully man, the only mediator between God and humanity.
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, who convicts the world of sin, regenerates the repentant believer, and indwells every Christian. He guides, equips, and empowers us to live a godly life, understand scripture, and serve the church.
We believe that salvation is a gift of God's grace, received through personal faith in Jesus Christ alone. By His grace, through faith, we are justified, reconciled to God, and granted eternal life, completely apart from human works or merit.
We believe the Church is the spiritual body of Christ on earth, composed of all true believers. Its mission is to worship God, nurture spiritual growth, care for one another, and proclaim the gospel to all nations.
